When trying to lose weight permanently we all have past endeavors that have failed. Often we can defeat ourselves because of past ‘failures’ even before we start up again, or just plain not start again. It is important to look at our past attempts in order to learn what went wrong so that we can avoid doing the same thing again.
Most of all, it is important we don’t let perceived failures stop us from trying. The past is over; the future is what we make it.
