Isn’t it amazing: Some people stay sexy, slim and slender forever… While others are struggling to lose weight permanently. They go on diets, try tons of programs and products, and at the end of the day, nothing has changed…

There is a process many well-known teachers have been teaching over centuries. The process of “manifestation” or: Getting the results you want. What needs to be in place to get any result, like to lose weight permanently. A result ( lose weight permanently) will only show up in our life if we do the right actions towards it (for example, eating right and exercising).

We will only do the right actions, if we are motivated for that. If we feel like doing it. If we have our emotions going for that. We need to have positive emotions.

We will only have these emotions, if our mind generates them. We need to have the right thinking patterns in place, so our thoughts generate the emotions “on autopilot”.
