thank you for your tips and advice on losing weight. this has been struggle for a lot of people to actually lose weight. i must add that with proper dieting and training ones body to only eat when it is hungry is also essential to a person losing weight.

I agree that many eat not because they are hungry, but for all kind of other reasons- like it’s expected in some social situations (like you’re invited and the host has cooked y huge meal) or out of boredom (eating in front of the TV anyone?). Generally it’s a goiod strategy for most to eat _before_ they get hungry. It really helps with portion control. When you wait until you are hungry you are much more prone to eat too much.
