I agree that many eat not because they are hungry, but for all kind of other reasons- like it&#039;s expected in some social situations (like you&#039;re invited and the host has cooked y huge meal) or out of boredom (eating in front of the TV anyone?). Generally it&#039;s a goiod strategy for most to eat _before_ they get hungry. It really helps with portion control. When you wait until you are hungry you are much more prone to eat too much.</description>
