Your Stairway To Heaven
If you have studied various methods of permanent weight loss you know they all say you need exercise. Daily exercise, but who has time for that? You do. Believe it or not there are many ways you can get your exercise and not even have to take time out of your busy schedule to do it.
Take the stairs. Everyone has heard that advice but now it is time to actually do it. Instead of using the elevator at work or your apartment, or the escalator at the mall, take the stairs. Using the stairs is a fantastic form of exercise. It is not only aerobic for your heart and helps your metabolism pump up, it is excellent strength training for your legs.
If you have back problems you will soon discover that nagging pain is becoming a thing of the past. If you get short of breath easily take it slow and do one floor of stairs then switch to the elevator. Add a floor every couple of days and soon you will find that not only the pounds are falling off, but your breathing is greatly improved.
