One of the best ways to ensure success in everything is a support group, where members hold themselves accountable. It might take time to go to meetings, but generally it’s time well spent. Not only, you’re connecting with people having the same problems. By committing to results you raise the bar for yourself.
I’ve met many men wanting permanent weight loss who didn’t like to go to these groups. For them, there are just too many females attending, and they feel uncomfortable talking about their problems in such an environment. Well, there’s an easy alternative: Join an online group.
