Great tips thanks. I&#039;ve recently begun Pilates and I agree with you that you certainly tone up and feel more powerful very quickly.

I was struggling to fit an hours excercise a day into my routine and decided to follow Dr Mercola&#039;s 20 minutes routine which I&#039;ve found very doable and also suprisingly effective as you outline above the short bursts of high intensity followed by 3 minutes of lower intensity really are effective.
